✅ Reasonable Grounds for Exchange

Damaged on arrival: The item arrives broken, scratched, or otherwise unusable due to shipping or handling.

Incorrect item received: The customer ordered one design but received a different one by mistake.

Major defect in craftsmanship: Something went wrong in the making process that makes the product unusable (e.g., a tote bag strap sewn incorrectly, a bookmark missing its laminate).

Missing components: A product that should include multiple parts (like a keychain with charms) arrives incomplete.
❌ Not Considered Reasonable

Change of mind after the 2-day grace period.

Deciding the product isn’t needed anymore.

Wanting a different color, size, or design after production has started.
