Our Policy
We value the time, creativity, and care that goes into each custom order. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following policy that applies to all present and future customers:

​​1. Deposit
An upfront deposit is required to secure all orders. (50% of total cost).
Deposits are non-refundable except under reasonable circumstances determined by the business.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions may be made on exchanges only if a reasonable explanation is provided and approved. (following reasonings are located under return and exchange policy).

3. Design Changes
Customers have a two-day grace period from the time of order confirmation to request any design changes. After this period, no further changes can be made.

4. Cancellations & Abandoned Orders
If an order is canceled after the two-day grace period, the deposit will be forfeited.
If an order is left without communication or abandoned, the deposit will also be forfeited.​​
