      Products

All items are handmade and may have slight variations. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.

 

      Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on the details provided by the customer. Once a custom order is approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations are not accepted. (For further details, can be found in our policy page)

      Processing Time

Processing times vary by product and order volume. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

 

      Payments

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

For local custom orders, we require a 50% deposit (nonrefundable, look at our policy page). Once received, we will proceed with the order and expect remainder upon in-person delivery.

 

      Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Reasonable terms for exchange or return can be found in the Return and Exchange page.

 

      Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vinyl Vibes & Thread Ties is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional fees or customs charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with claims or replacements where applicable.

All designs, images, and content are the property of Vinyl Vibes & Thread Ties and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, logos, images, text, and product concepts, is strictly prohibited. Vinyl Vibes & Thread Ties reserves all rights to pursue legal action against infringement. Customers and visitors agree to respect these rights and refrain from any unauthorized use.
